    I understand that Units are almost sold out, is this correct? I really am interested in securing a Two Serendra condo quickly, as this is the area I have my heart set on.

    What are the steps I must take to reserve this unit? (I’m from Canada).

      Yes, you are correct. As I write this, there are only a few units left in Two Serendra. I project them to be filled by this month or next.

      Thank you for your question. Normally, on a spot cash payment basis it will take 2-3 weeks before you can move in.

    I’m trying to get an idea of the area. I’m overseas at the moment and haven’t been back since this construction started. Is the area walkable? In regards to food, nightlife, shopping, etc? I’m interested in buying a condo in an area where a car is not required for everyday living.

      Kumusta Lynette. Excellent question. In my opinion, this is one of the most walkable areas in BGC (Bonifacio Global City), and in all of Manila. You are located next to Bonifacio High Street, which is poised to become the “Soho” of Manila. It’s a quickly-growing shopping strip that hosts some of the most prestigious shopping outlets, cafes, and restaurants in the country. There are also grocery stores nearby.
