Community Innovations launched and began their operations on March 1, 2002, afterward it became one of the fastest-growing real estate developer in the Philippines. Last July 23, 2008 is another milestone for the company, they changed their name from Community Innovations to Alveo Land Corporation, one that connects into a wider aspect of living. The name Alveo is acquired from the Latin word Salveo, means “to be well”.
