To answer your question, the Developer for Shell Residences is SMDC (SM Development Corp.), one of the largest and most reputable builders in the Philippines.
Trust-wise, they don’t come more honest and reliable than SMDC. This is the same company that runs all the SM Malls throughout the Philippines.
They have a great reputation which is why Shell (and there many other developments) tend to sell out very quickly.
