Stef's Note: Rhapsody is over 70% sold out. In my opinion, this is the best new property in Muntinlupa, mainly due its resort-style amenities, sprawling green areas, and location nearby Laguna Lake. Rhapsody condos are ideal for vacationers and retirees. It has huge green areas which are great for your kids and pets, and some of the biggest pools you'll find in Muntinlupa. It's gated community and 24-hour security are huge pluses as well, so you don't have to worry about the safety of your family and your belongings. Please take a look at the Photos below to get an idea for how impressive their resort grounds are. I highly recommend Rhapsody for vacationers and future retirees.
Investor Note: I would recommend this for investors who plan to someday retire in the Philippines. The Muntinlupa area is expected to increase in price this year, but beyond that I expect Rhapsody Residence condos to increase more quickly, because of the excellent resort layout, and also that is is right next to Laguna Lake. The rentability of Rhapsody is above-average because of the layout & location as well. Although Muntinlupa is not known for housing vacationers, we have had success renting condos in this area to visiting expats with family in the area, so investing for rental income is something to consider for Rhapsody.
