Avida Towers Verte is one of my favorite new properties in Bonifacio Global City, Makati. It is walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Market! Market!, and St. Luke’s Hospital. Along with that, you’re in one of the safest areas of Metro Manila. Verte will have 24-hour security, and noteworthy amenities to include a gym, a pool, a jogging path, and a convenience store. I really think that BGC is the new NYC of Asia, so when I recommend this property it’s with an eye on the future. Verte’s condos are excellently-priced, starting at only $100k, so not only are they affordable, but I see a high upside in their market value in the coming years.
Investor Note: My opinion is that Avida Towers Verte is a wise investment for investors wanting a healthy ROI (return on investment). Verte is in the heart of BGC, it is backed by a well-respected builder (Avida), and its modern designs make it both highly-sellable and highly-rentable. Because of these attributes I project that Verte condos value will rise steadily over time, and is therefore a good investment.
Rental Income: Because of its prime location in BGC (next to Bonifacio High Street), this is a very marketable property for vacation renters, and working professionals that seek safety and convenience.
Retirees: I can recommend this property for Retiree Buyers because of the safety and convenience offered by living in Bonifacio Global City. BGC is one of the safest areas in Metro Manila. Along with that, you’re only a short walk to Bonifacio High Street, Market Market, and many other soon to be opening world-class restaurants, nightlife, and shopping venues. Not having to drive anywhere to meet your daily needs is a huge benefit for Retirees.
OFWs: Verte is not Pag-IBIG certified yet, and it remains to be seen if Avida will seek accreditation. However, the good news is that Bank Financing should be easy to acquire for Verte. The main requirement is that you have a steady source of income. I can work with you to apply for a loan. Having your own Verte Condo in the heart of Bonifacio Global City is a wise investment for your future, and it’s also a great way to show that you’re moving up in the world to a better life.
Vacation Buyers: I would recommend this property for Vacationer Buyers for 3 main reasons: (1) Since most vacationers spend a large amount of time in Makati and BGC, living right next to Bonifacio High Street and Market Market makes sense. (2) BGC is the safest area in Metro Manila, and the 24-hour security means that you can safely be gone out of the Philippines for an extended amount of time, and be relaxed knowing that your condo is safe. (3) Vacationers usually don’t have a car. And having to sit through Manila traffic can be a real headache. So living within walking distance to Market! Market! grocery store, and all the other shopping venues is a huge plus, because you can just walk there.
