Retirees:  Trees Residences has a commercial area located beside the entrance gate – the Savemore Market.  This will be really convenient for you because you can just take a short walk to do your groceries and other stuff.  Also, big shopping centers like SM City Fairview, Robinsons Mall, and Ayala Center are only walking distance from your own home.  This would mean that you don’t have to go to other cities to shop.  Aside from the convenience this property provides, it is also very secure.  You will be living in a gated community and offers 24-hour security for your safety.

OFWs:  Trees Residences is located in one of the most well-known and secure residential areas in Metro Manila. It is only a walking distance to SM City Fairview, Ayala Center, and Robinson Mall.  This property is very affordable compared to other condominium developments around the vicinity.  So this would be an excellent investment too for OFWs.

Vacation Buyers:  This property is a gated community and offers 24-hour security which is one of the reasons why I would suggest this to Vacation Buyers.  This is because you don’t usually stay at your condo unit, and this would mean that your condo will still be safe even if you’re away.  Living at Trees Residences is very convenient.  The Savemore Market where you can do grocery shopping and buy your other needs is only right beside the entrance gate.  Many other popular shopping centers are only walking distance such as Ayala Center, SM City Fairview, and Robinsons Mall.  Going to other major cities is not a problem since it’s very accessible via Quirino Higway and EDSA.
