A Builder/Seller will not be given a "License to Sell" if the property has not declared the Title for the property to be "clean".
So if the Seller is legitimate, and they are at the selling stage, you can be assured that the Builder legitimately owns the land beneath the property.
We get some foreign clients that worry that if they buy a preselling property, that it may get disputed and they could lose the land in a litigation.
