Stef's Note: In my opinion, Jazz Residences is one of the best properties of the year. The location, just outside Makati Center (Salcedo Village) is really the main highlight. You usually will not find condos this inexpensive so close to Makati Central Business District (CBD). The Bridgeway (see the video below) connecting directly to Salcedo Village is a very unique, and useful feature. It offers safety, speed, and convenience, while getting to work, or just stepping out for a bite. The built-in gym, pools, shopping and grocery venues on the lower floors makes for the height of convenience. I highly recommend Jazz Residences. Truly one of the best properties of the year.

Investor Note: When you consider that a comparable New York City condo would cost close to $800,000, you start to see the value in investing in a Jazz condo now on the ground floor. Many experts project property in Makati to increase dramatically, much like Singapore and Hong Kong have. This is a solid investment in a quickly-growing market.
