Vista Land is one of Philippine’s biggest real estate developer. It was established on February 28, 2007, and on June 25, 2007, it was listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange. In terms of total assets, earning and market capitalization, Vista Land is currently among the top listed property firms in the Philippines. Through its provincial marketing arm Communities Philippines, Vista Land indulges all income segments in the various regions of the country, with its four separate brands such as Britanny, Crown Asia, Camella, and Vista Residences. The price range that they offer starts from Php 800,000 (approximately USD 18,400) up to Php 48,000,000 (approximately USD 1,100,000).
As the largest real estate developer here in the Philippines, Vista Land continues to integrate the status of “Camella” as truly national brand. Vista plans for further developments into new areas in the country, since they were confident that Filipinos would really appreciate and acknowledge all their hard works.
