Under the Philippine Law, upon acceptance of the unit, you are instantly a member of the Condominium Corporation.  As the owner, mostly your responsibilities are the following:

  1. Real Property Tax
  2. Association Dues
  3. Insurance Premium for the unit
  4. Your share of the Insurance Premium for the common areas and facilities
  5. One-time Membership Fee
