Condo Price List & Information

All condo residences are single storey 2 bedroom units with an interior floor space of approximately 60.3 square meters and 70.08 square meters gross external area.

All condos are either oceanfront or ocean view. All condos have a private outdoor patio. The price below is the total cost and there are no other fees or charges in the construction and purchase of the condo units.

There are 19 Oceanfront condos and 81 Ocean View condos.

Oceanfront: $80,000 USD

Ocean View: $75,000 USD*

 

*The price in Philippine Pesos will be based on the exchange rate to dollars on the first day of the contract signing month.

Condo Owner Association Fee: A monthly homeowner’s association fee is charged to all condo owners which cover common area cleaning, landscaping and related costs. This is $20 a month.

We recommend a buyer to pay this for 5 years once they take ownership as this will lock in the cost. The total for 5 years is $1200.

 

Options:

Condo owners have several options in the custom design of their homes.

1)      Outdoor Patio: Buyers can choose to upgrade to a decorative stamped concrete patio. There are various patterns and colors to choose from. The cost is $1500.

2)      Indoor Paint: All condos will have interior walls painted white. Buyers can choose from other colors. The cost for additional colors is $100 per color, per room.

3)      Other Options: Buyers you would like additional options are welcomed to inquire with the developer or their agent prior to signing the contract. If a buyer would like to make their condo home a one bedroom with larger living space rather then a two bedroom this option is available. The cost, if any, to make these changes will depend on what the buyer requires.

4)      Combining Units: The option to purchase two condos and make them into one large condo is available. The cost, if any, will depend on the buyer requirements.

 

Benefits:

Free Water: The monthly condo association fee covers the use of water.

There is no water bill. All water resources are maintained by the integrated resort.

Free Parking: There is ample free parking for residents and guests.

Free Swimming Pool and Fitness Center: All residents and their guests have free use of the resort swimming pool, fitness center and private beach.

Free Yoga Classes: All residents can take the morning yoga classes at the resort for free.

Discount Resort: All residents will receive:

-          10% discount on room rates at the resort

-          10% discount on spa services

-          20% discount on conference center rental

-          5% discount at the resort restaurant.

 

Discount Marina: All residents will receive a 30% discount for the use of the marina to dock their boats.

Private Security: The integrated resort has a security/emergency services team that performs both walking and riding patrols throughout the residential community to include an on-call nurse.

On Site Management: We offer onsite management services which includes the marketing and leasing of the residential units per an owners request.
