A Reservation Agreement (RA) is a document that officially expresses your interest in purchasing a specific unit.  It is consists of property descriptions, contract prices, terms of payment and other terms of conditions that you had agreed upon relative to the purchase of unit.  The purpose of this is to set-aside or to hold your unit for you for a certain period of time, which is normally 1 month upon reservation.  This is provided by the Seller.
