Bulacan is one of the provinces in the Philippines and is located on the southern part of Central Luzon. It is composed of 3 cities and 21 municipalities. This province is known as “The Gateway to the Northern Philippines”. Bulacan is only 50 kilometers away from Metro Manila and its proximity to the Metro leads Bulacan to become more industrialized. Most of the rural towns in Bulacan still depend on fisheries and agriculture as a source of income. Bulacan is also prosperous in terms of real estate developments. A lot of very famous real estate developers come to the province to build affordable Philippine homes for sale such as townhouses, houses, and condominiums.
